Martin Crous, Ph.D. has recently joined TOMZ Corporation as the new Vice President of Business Development. Crous has been in the Medical Device Industry for over twenty years, with experience on both medical device sales and OEM.
Martin Crous, Ph.D. has recently joined TOMZ Corporation as the new Vice President of Business Development. Crous has been in the Medical Device Industry for over twenty years, with experience on both medical device sales and OEM. His successes have been with turnaround management, start-ups, international business development, and performing detailed business analysis, including market research and competitor intelligence. Crous has extensive experience with training, developing, mentoring, and coaching of sales and marketing professionals, as well as developing new markets by building relationships with medical device companies, surgeons, hospitals, direct sales forces, and independent distributors throughout the world. He has attended over 5000 surgeries in the OR, bringing a world of experience and knowledge to both TOMZ and their clients. Crous holds an MBA from The University of West London and a Ph.D. from Washington International University.

In this position, Crous will contribute to building TOMZ’s business by developing new markets within the U.S. as well as internationally, helping the company and their clients become more successful. His moto has always been, “My Goal – Your Success!” and that is precisely what he plans to achieve for both TOMZ and their clients.
