In this position, you will ultimately be responsible for developing, controlling, and managing projects, project timelines, scheduling, quotes, and forecasts.


  • Project Management by creating a clear and concise plan to both execute the project and monitor its progress.
  • Maximize project efficiency. 
  • Develop and control the full project-plan lifecycle and timeline.
  • Maintain budgetary, scheduling, and project database oversight, and report regularly to VP Business Development to keep him//her constantly informed of project progress, plans, and problems that could significantly affect cost or schedules.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by involving the customers/clients in the project progress.
  • Identify and evaluate potential risks before the project begins and avoid risks or minimize their impact.
  • Prepare sales quote for client.



  • Minimum 4-Year degree or equivalent of directly transferrable industry work experience (Project Management and Engineering discipline preferred).


  • Minimum of 3 years’ Project Management experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field of study. 
  • 4+ years project management, project engineering, sales engineering, or project planning experience (scope, schedule, cost, quotes)
  • Class I, II and/or III Medical Device manufacturing experience.
  • Regulated manufacturing industry experience (e.g., Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, etc.)

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk and/or hear, and/or use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand, and/or walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds while moving files or small packages. The mental and physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
